EXERCISE INSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Take a barbell with a reverse grip wider than your shoulders and lie with your chest on an incline bench.<\/li>\n
- Arms and shoulders are completely down. This is your starting position.<\/li>\n
- As you exhale, lift the barbell and bend your arms so that your shoulders are level with your back.<\/li>\n
- The elbows are set apart on the sides, the shoulder blades are brought together. Hold this position for a second.<\/li>\n
