EXERCISE INSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Lie on your back and cross your arms over your chest.<\/li>\n
- Bend your knees and place your feet firmly on the floor. This is your starting position.<\/li>\n
- Tighten your core muscles and lift your shoulders and upper back off the floor trying to curl up as if you wanted to reach your belly button with your chest.<\/li>\n
- Hold for a short while in a twisted position and come back without touching your back to the floor, keeping your abs in tension.<\/li>\n
