EXERCISE INSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Grab the bar with an overhead grip, shoulder-width apart or slightly wider.<\/li>\n
- Stand up straight with the bar in your hands down at your hips.<\/li>\n
- This is the starting position. Inhale and as you exhale, pull the bar vertically upward while extending your elbows.<\/li>\n
- At the top, the elbows should not rise above the shoulders, you need to lift so that the angle is 90 at the elbow.<\/li>\n
