Pull the handles of the band just above shoulder level.<\/li>\n<li>The palms are facing forward. Step back with one foot. Spread your chest and pull your shoulders back slightly. Bend the spine a little and fix it in the most comfortable position for you until the end of the approach.<\/li>\n<li>As you exhale, squeeze the handles of the band on outstretched arms straight up. The arms should be fully extended and the shoulders raised.<\/li>\n<li>At the top, the handles should touch each other slightly.<\/li>\n<li>As you inhale, slowly lower your arms down to the starting position.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> <em>Do not relax your abs and muscles surrounding the spine for the rest of the set. Keep them in constant tension.
