EXERCISE INSTRUCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Stand on the band. Feet shoulder-width apart. The ends of the expander must be the same.<\/li>\n
- Grasp the handles, palms forward. Raise them to face level. This is the starting position.<\/li>\n
- As you inhale, begin to squat slowly until your thighs are parallel to the floor.<\/li>\n
- As you exhale, resting your heels on the floor, return to the starting position.<\/li>\n
