Place the neck strap on the floor under the edge of the horizontal bench. Once you have found the correct weight,<br \/>\nsit on the edge of the bench, feet shoulder-width apart, fingers pointing forward.<\/p>\n<p>2. Slowly move your torso forward until it is almost parallel to the floor. With two hands<br \/>\nattach the neck strap securely to your head.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>NOTE: Make sure the weight is still on the floor so that<br \/>\nprevent any strain on the neck. Now grab the weight with both hands, lifting your torso back until<br \/>\nit will not become perpendicular to the floor.<br \/>\nYou need to lean forward slightly to do this.<br \/>\nexercise with the effort of the muscles of the neck.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>3. Now place both hands on the top of your knees. This is the starting position.<\/p>\n<p>4. Slowly lower your head down until your chin touches the upper chest, do<br \/>\ninhalation during this phase of the movement.<\/p>\n<p>5. Simultaneously with exhalation, return the neck to its original position.<\/p>\n<p>6. Perform the required number of repetitions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ATTENTION: <span style=\"color: #000000;\">This exercise puts a lot of stress on the muscles of the neck, so it should be done with caution. Any<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">a sudden jerking movement can strain the muscles in the neck.
