EXERCISE INSTRUCTION

  1. Stand facing the block.
  2. Grasp the handle V-Bar.
  3. The knuckles of both hands touch. The elbows are bent and pressed to the sides.
  4. Slowly straighten your elbows, lowering the ends of the handle down.
  5. Hold this position for a second or two.
  6. Slowly return to the starting position.
