EXERCISE INSTRUCTION
- Place the seat under you, sit down on the simulator. Bend your arms at the elbows and grab the handles of the simulator.
- In the back, deflection and tension until the end of the exercise.
- Bring the shoulder blades together, straighten the chest, the neck is vertical, the gaze is directed forward. Put your feet on the floor.
- As you exhale, raise your arms up above shoulder level.
- Hold at the top point for 1-2 seconds and slowly lower to the starting position while inhaling.
NOTE: Do not raise your arms too high, the load will go into the trapezoid.
