EXERCISE INSTRUCTION

  1. Place the seat under you, sit down on the simulator. Bend your arms at the elbows and grab the handles of the simulator.
  2. In the back, deflection and tension until the end of the exercise.
  3. Bring the shoulder blades together, straighten the chest, the neck is vertical, the gaze is directed forward. Put your feet on the floor.
  4. As you exhale, raise your arms up above shoulder level.
  5. Hold at the top point for 1-2 seconds and slowly lower to the starting position while inhaling.

NOTE: Do not raise your arms too high, the load will go into the trapezoid.
