EXERCISE INSTRUCTION

  1. Attach a rope handle to the crossover unit and raise it above your head.
  2. Set the necessary load on the simulator, grasp the handles with your hands and stand at such a distance that the cable is in tension.
  3. The body is slightly bent back, the legs are slightly bent at the knees.
  4. As you exhale, pull the handle towards your chin, spreading your elbows to the sides.
  5. Hold for a moment in this position, additionally tensing the muscles of the shoulders, and then, while inhaling, return to the starting position.
