EXERCISE INSTRUCTION
- Attach a rope handle to the crossover unit and raise it above your head.
- Set the necessary load on the simulator, grasp the handles with your hands and stand at such a distance that the cable is in tension.
- The body is slightly bent back, the legs are slightly bent at the knees.
- As you exhale, pull the handle towards your chin, spreading your elbows to the sides.
- Hold for a moment in this position, additionally tensing the muscles of the shoulders, and then, while inhaling, return to the starting position.
