EXERCISE INSTRUCTION

  1. Get into a comfortable position on the machine.
  2. The back is completely pressed against the bench, especially in the lumbar region.
  3. Raise the platform until your knees are extended.
  4. While inhaling, gently lower the platform.
  5. Without pausing at the bottom point, as you exhale, squeeze the platform powerfully.
