EXERCISE INSTRUCTION

  1. Take dumbbells in each hand and stand on your toes on the step. Keep your torso in a straight position and rest your heels well on the floor.
  2. Place the balls of your feet on the step and climb as high as possible. Pause and slowly return to the starting position.
