EXERCISE INSTRUCTION
- Walk up to the machine and set a V-bar or rope as a handle.
- Sit on a bench, place your feet on the front platform and grab the handle with a neutral grip.
- Keep your back straight, arms extended. This is your starting position.
- Keeping your torso stationary, pull the grips towards your lower abdomen. Exhale as you do this part of the movement.
- While holding the peak contraction for 1-2 seconds, return the cable while inhaling.
