EXERCISE INSTRUCTION

  1. Walk up to the machine and set a V-bar or rope as a handle.
  2. Sit on a bench, place your feet on the front platform and grab the handle with a neutral grip.
  3. Keep your back straight, arms extended. This is your starting position.
  4. Keeping your torso stationary, pull the grips towards your lower abdomen. Exhale as you do this part of the movement.
  5. While holding the peak contraction for 1-2 seconds, return the cable while inhaling.
