EXERCISE INSTRUCTION
- Straight legs at the bottom are together.
- Then, with an exhalation, lift your legs up, bending at the knees to a right angle, bring them to the chest, but do not tear the lower back from the back.
- In the upper position of the knees, the back remains fully pressed against the support, despite the construction of the simulator – vertical or inclined.
- While inhaling, slowly lower your knees, gradually unbending them, but, attention, do not unbend at the bottom point to the end, maintaining the tension of the abdominal muscles and the position of the lower back.
- Thus, the legs should not be strictly vertical with the body.
